A day out for some retail therapy and I was distracted by a quaint sign, ok I just saw "Winery" and I was hooked. I'm not going to lie, once I drove through the town of Baltic, I wasn't sure if I was going to stop, I'm very glad I did! This town may be small and unassuming, but it had a lot to offer. I know my blog is supposed to be about food, but I just couldn't resist, because the vibe of Baltic Mill Winery was just what this girl needed. Everyone was able to keep a distance and still keep that unique coziness. The live music was done well and the limited crowd kept the energy up, to be honest, they were a hoot!

The wine was enjoyable and although I don't consider myself a wine expert, I think that there is something there for everyone's taste. They didn't have a lot in the way of food, but a few munchies is what I noticed. I ordered the Cheese and Meat plate and did a few wine flights to taste all that they had to offer. I was impressed by what was brought to me as I sat in a little nook. The presentation of the cheese plate was not what I expected. I know it was just a few cuts of cheese and some strips of meat, but they did that well and it was enjoyable. If you are ever in the Baltic, Ohio, make this a stop, I don't think you will be disappointed. I wasn't! 11/28/2020
